Service Description

One Home inspection per year. The service is still very much involved and informative I assure you. Great for smaller, or newer homes. Some folks just need some conformation, a 2nd opinion, or that just need to make sure things are as they should be. This would be for a 1500 s/ft home floor plan. We will arrive at your preselected date to do an exterior and landscape condition report. As with all other packages, this report would then be emailed to you within a 7 to 10 days ( You may request a paper report if you would prefer) complete with pictures and condition of 10 to 20 generally, different components or systems, each with a health box. Report of the condition is checked from good condition to poor or needs further evaluation if there could be a situation where a licensed professional would need to dive further into a particular area. You will be notified of any concerns or maintenance suggestions, as well any other recommendations that may require attention either now or in the future of the home.
