Fortress PRO Package

Service Description

The Ultimate, Fortress PRO tier, this is our signature full depth, pro service with an added one more inspection, so we can be sure we were thorough and haven't overlooked any issues. We include everything in "Guardian, Sentinel, and Defender" Tier packages, as well as a more in-depth analysis with pictures, testing of all components like electrical or required routine maintenance. We will replace any flappers on running toilets, changing the interior HVAC filters as needed. We look at appliance filters, water dispenser filters and dishwashers’ filters, as well as lint in the dryer tube (as this is a hazard). We make notes of any insect or pest intrusions, and check and change the smoke and CO2 alarms, check batteries on security alarms if applicable. Completing a full home health evaluation of all your home systems.
